Dave WoeckenerWhere to even start. We have purchased many vehicles in our life. First time purchasing a luxury vehicle. Never thought it would happen in our lifetime so it was a huge deal. First attempt was a bit of a hiccup for sure but let me tell you, this dealership proved themselves over and over again. Not because they are Jaguar/Land Rover and the cars pretty much sell themselves, but because the owner, staff, front staff, finance, Vice president, car detailing dept, walk through staff etc., make this place . I need to put a HUGE shout out to Freedom who looked after my every single demand, squeal of excitement, question (and there were a 1000) to educating me on every small to large detail that will resonate with me for life, to sharing his cookies and staying wayyyyyy past his shift to ensure I was looked after and coming in on his day off . There are not enough stars to give. To Yuri, the owner of the dealership for responding to my emails, to gathering a team to ensure I was looked after and getting the best deal possible for me and my husband, and continuing to check on us to make sure every need was met. To Kevin for working the numbers for us to get us my absolute dream car which I never thought was possible!!!! To Vik the finance goddess who knows her stuff inside and out. Who will ensure you know every step of what you are signing and get back to you immediately which in her line of work, is virtually impossible . Seriously a machine and the bomb! To Hunter who walked us through our new baby with a fine tooth comb, set us up with the features of the vehicle and even wiped his finger print off the hood of our new car. We cannot begin to thank you. To have a whole crew, including the Vice president of the company try to right a mistake, get you into not only a BRAND NEW vehicle which we were not expecting, but to never feel like we were taken advantage one single time, told every step of the way what was happening, has every single question answered, and to feel valued as a customer, is surreal. Thank you all so so much! And again to Freedom. You absolutely out did yourself right from the very beginning. You were my anchor throughout the whole process and became my friend. I will never forget your kindness and truly am so very grateful to you as I knew you would ensure we were looked after. We will never forget it. Thank you all so so very much! We are in love with our new baby!

Gloria JacyszynJust finished my appointment at Jaguar for one of my older models. Service was fantastic. I've owned a Mercedes Benz convertible which had many visits in the area, and I have to hand it to Jaguar -- their service AND pricing is great, which is hard to find in a luxury car dealership. Was promptly greeted in the parking lot, brought in and sat down with refreshments, then briefed on what was needed. Even after discovering that I am a low budget student who just got lucky with a car, Dwayne Sahlstrom and his staff treated me with utter respect. Only gripe was they wouldn't swap my XJR for an F-Type for free 😉 UPDATE: October 17th, 2019 (3 years later) Came back to Jaguar to fix a major transmission issue. After running the diagnostics they determined I needed a new transmission. Matt (Service) and Tyler (Parts) both showed tremendous amount of care dealing with my calls back and forth as we discussed options and hunted for used transmissions. Tyler consistently picked up my calls to help me find a matching VIN number with at least 10 different transmissions without any complaints. After finding the right one, Matt helped me negotiate an unfairly priced transmission down to a third of its original price. Not only that, after discovering that the part had leaks, he even coached me on getting the sellers to replace the part free of charge! Throughout the entire journey Glen and Sean had made multiple shuttle trips throughout the city to help me out. They were extremely friendly and showed a lot of empathy towards my situation. Glen's knowledge and passion for Jaguars made all the trips we had feel like they were too short. It seemed like there was never enough time during the ride! I've always been intimidated as an early 20s driver of luxury Jaguars with less pocket change than the next guy, however everyone here made me feel at home. They were always very polite, helpful and most importantly compassionate. I admit, during my hunt for a transmission I checked some other dealerships out but I couldn't bring myself to buying another Mercedes Benz with the experience I've had with this specific Jaguar dealership. I thought the brand's marketing was great, but the staff at this location made me feel like the service was top tier amazing. Start to finish, every point of contact with you guys has been fantastic. You guys have gained a customer for life. Thank you for making me feel like Jaguar is my brand. I am very excited to reach the point where I can come back and purchase my next Jaguar!
